Classic Lake Champlain "Great Camp" within walking distance to Basin Harbor Club. Rustic and roomy, this four bedroom getaway was once part of a small resort and this camp is actually two of the original buildings put together. Many of the charming aspects of the original are still here and functional while the kitchen and utilities have all been upgraded to give you all the modern conveniences with that relaxed yesteryear feel. The kitchen is large with tons of cabinet storage and huge eat-in area. The living room is huge with ample sitting and dining areas all over looking the screened porch and Lake Champlain. The screened-in porch covers the entire west side of the camp with hanging swings and separate dining area. This is also one of the few cottages with a permanent and grandfathered concrete dock. This dock has been well maintained and is a very special asset as it is great for fishing and swimming from, as well as provides rare protected dockage from all wind directions.
